On March 3 2026, EPA issued a final Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to Enerco Operating Corporation for violations of 40 CFR part 112, the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations. The violations were documented during an inspection of the Fouke D-3 SWD System on January 13, 2026.
