On January 8, U.S. EPA Region 9 ratified an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Bluemoon International Inc. for the importation of six uncertified gasoline concrete saws in violation of certification requirements under the Clean Air Act. The uncertified gasoline concrete saws entered the Port of Honolulu on September 26, 2025, and was inspected by the EPA on October 17, 2025. The respondent paid a civil penalty of $343.77, and the equipment has been exported outside the US.
