ALCO Products LLC will enter a Administrative Consent Order that include regulatory monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting requirements. These regulatory requirements address violations regarding Standards of Performance (NSPS) for Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacture, 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart UU (NSPS UU) and the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Area Sources: Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing, 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart AAAAAAA (NESHAP 7A).
