System must inform all persons served at the service connection by a lead, galvanized requiring replacement, or lead status unknown service line and submit language to conduct Tier 3 Public Notification for failure to develop and/or submit an acceptable initial service line inventory to NYSDOH by October 16, 2024 or submit evidence the Tier 3 Public Notification has been completed.
