EPA inspectors attempted an inspection at 234 Washington Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, in May of 2025. Further investigation into this address and work permits from NYC Department of Buildings database showed that Respondent was responsible for renovations at this address which was confirmed to be target housing. Respondent was not an RRP certified firm at the time of the attempted inspection and will be required to pay a $1,000 penalty to resolve their violation of EPA's RRP Rule.
