On 2/3/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Texas Wholesale (Respondent). The EPA conducted inspections of Respondent's facilities in Fort Worth, TX, & Dallas, TX on 11/19/25. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged violations of FIFRA, for the sale or distribution of unregistered pesticide products. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the Products under its ownership, control, or custody. The SSURO was reissued on 3/13/26 with the revised docket number FIFRA-06-2026-0359.
