On 3/13/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to La Moreliana #10 (Respondent), located in Houston, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged violations of FIFRA, for the sale or distribution of an unregistered pesticide product. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the product under its ownership, control, or custody.
