On January 29, 2026, EPA issued an Administrative Order for Compliance to C & J Truck Parts, LLC. The AO was issued for violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.). C & J Truck Parts, LLC owns or operates an industrial facility and violated its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Multi-Sector General Permit by failing to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
