Violations identified during a November 7, 2024 RCRA inspection included failure to make a waste determination, labeling violations, accumulating hazardous waste for more than 90 days, open containers, failure to test and maintain emergency equipment, satellite accumulation area violations and record keeping violations. All violations were returned to compliance and the agreed upon penalty was $77,973 which has been paid.
