On 3/16/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to FCS Distribution LLC (Respondent), located in Houston, Texas. The SSURO was issued for alleged violations of FIFRA involving Respondent's sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Y Antiviral, and Fabuloso Alternativa al Cloro, unless written permission is provided by the EPA.
