On March 13, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Fiesta Mart, LLC (Respondent), located in Houston, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale or distribution of an unregistered pesticide. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately stop the sale or distribution of Clorox Cloro Triple Accion, except in accordance with the provisions of the order.
