On March 5, 2026, EPA sent to Respondent a signed Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA). The parties agreed that resolving the RCRA violations for a civil penalty of twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500.00) is in the public interest. The ESA documents resolve the Respondent's past failure to comply with Conditions for Exemption for a Very Small Quantity Generator (40 C.F.R. 262.14(a)(4)), Standards for Universal Waste Management (40 C.F.R. 273), and the Management of Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals Subpart P (40 C.F.R. 266), as per a RCRA Compliance Evaluation Inspection conducted on September 6, 2023.
