On April 21, R9 ratified an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Fivefit Trading Inc. for the importation of 10 gasoline powered dirtbikes through the Port of LA/LB in violation of certification requirements under the Clean Air Act. The company paid a penalty of $432, and the equipment has been seized by CBP.
