On March 25, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Washington CO RWD #7 (OK3007415) for failure to develop its initial service line inventory and submit it to the State by October 16, 2024. The AO requires the Respondent to complete and submit its initial service line inventory within thirty (30) days as well as complete a Tier 2 public notice and Tier 3 public notice within thirty (30) days and one (1) year respectively.
