This Administrative Compliance Order (ACO) resolves violations of the Asbestos NESHAP by the Township, arising from their demolition project. The violations include, but are not limited to, failing to conduct a pre demolition asbestos inspection, failing to remove asbestos containing materials prior to disturbance, and improper asbestos waste handling.
