40 CFR Part 63 Subpart JJJJ requires that emission control devices be performance tested every five years to demonstrate destruction efficiency. Loparex failed to successfully conduct these performance tests on thermal oxidizers 17 and 18 and demonstrate the required destruction efficiency.
