On March 24, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported through the port of Harrisburg, PA. The pesticide, Dantoserve SG, was found during a routine electronic review of imported pesticides, and did not have the complete label on the outer container in violation of FIFRA.
