A CEI inspection was conducted on March 2, 2026.The facility was determined to be a small quantity generator of hazardous waste after a review of manifest information and statements made by the facility representatives. At the time of the inspection, the facility did not have an EPA ID number. Small quantity generators of hazardous waste are required to have an EPA ID number. The ESA was sent to the facility for violating 6 NYCRR Section 372.2(a)(3). The facility signed the ESA and paid the penalty amount.
