On March 25, 2026, Region 3 filed an Administrative Order on Consent that requires AHF Products, LLC. (Respondent) to correct violations of the CWA at the Respondent's facility located 1067 Dillerville Road, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17603 (Facility). The Respondent is subject to an NPDES permit issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The alleged violations include failure to minimize the potential for leaks, spills, and other releases and failure to maintain good housekeeping. Under the Order, Respondent has agreed to undertake corrective actions, including improving housekeeping and operations and maintenance along with documenting and monitoring existing staining to ensure there are no releases. The settlement is in support of Administrator Zeldin's Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American. EPA notified Pennsylvania in advance of this action and received no objection.
