The Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order on April 9, 2026, ratifying the Consent Agreement settling a penalty action to resolve violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act, ( CAA ), against Soul Performance, LLC ( Soul Performance ). Soul Performance manufactures and sells motor vehicle exhaust systems. The Consent Agreement alleges that Soul Performance sold some of these exhaust systems without the required emissions controls in violation of Section 203(a)(3)(A) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. 7522(a)(3)(A). The Consent Agreement provides that Soul Performance will pay a penalty of $15,000. Pennsylvania is aware of this action and has expressed no objection to this proposed settlement. This action supports the Administration?s ?Powering the Great American Comeback? initiative ? ?Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American.?
