On 4/17/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Dominic Food Store, Inc., doing business as Scott Food Store (Respondent), located in Houston, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of Fabuloso Frescura Activa Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Clorox (Spanish label), Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Fabuloso Antibacterial Y Antiviral Trap Para Trapear, and Tide laundry detergent (Chinese label).
