A UAO was issued to the City of Mountain View public water system for failure to address all components required by America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 for the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP). The System is required to amend the documents to address all required components for EPA review and subsequent recertification.
