On 4/17/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Pleasant Food Mart, Inc. (Respondent), located in Houston, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to alleged violations of FIFRA, involving the sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Fabuloso Frescura Activa Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Fabuloso Antibacterial Y Antiviral Trap Para Trapear, Fabuloso Alternativa al Cloro, Clorox Ropa, and Clorox (Spanish label).
