On April 17, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Madison Enterprises, LLC (Respondent), doing business as Dollar Store Plus, located in Houston, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged violations of FIFRA; specifically, the sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use or removal of Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Tide laundry detergent (Chinese label), Bed Bugs No More, and Natural Sense Sanitizing Spray.
