On April 28, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A) to C.T. Grocers, doing business as La Abarrotera (Respondent) located in San Antonio, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale and distribution of an unregistered pesticide. The CAFO requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $4,800.00 within 30 days of the issue date.
