On April 14, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission
of an misbranded device that was imported through the port of Baltimore, MD. The device was a battery operated bug zapper racquet that was missing the EPA Establishment Number and direction for use on the label, and was discovered during a review of imported products. The Maryland Department of Agriculture was copied on the NORAs. These actions supports the Powering the Great American Comeback initiative - Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American.
