On 4/27/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to 99 Cent Stop Plus (Respondent), located in Houston, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Clorox Cloro Triple Accion (Spanish label), Ariel Matic (Vietnam), Ariel Doble Poder, Domestos Disinfecting Surface Wipes, and Bed Bugs No More.
