On 4/22/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Two 11 Investment LLC, doing business as Synott Mini Market (Respondent), located in Houston, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Fabuloso Antibacterial Y Antiviral Trap Para Trapear, and Clorox Ropa.
