On 5/6/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Whittington Food Mart (Respondent), located in Houston, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale or distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use or removal of the products.
