RESPONDENTS WERE IN VIOLATION OF SECTION 301 OF THE CWA BY VIOLATING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ITS PERMIT. 4. RELIEF SOUGHT PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 308(A) AND 309(A) OF THE CWA, EPA ISSUED THE RESPONDENTS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER (AO) THAT ORDERED THE RESPONDENT TO: A) WITHIN 30 DAYS, TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION TO CORRECT, ELIMINATE AND PREVENT RECURRENCE OF THE VIOLATIONS CITED AND TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE; B) WITHIN 30 DAYS, SUBMIT A WRITTEN RE- PORT DETAILING THE SPECIFIC ACTIONS TAKEN, EXPLAIN HOW THESE ACTIONS WILL PREVENT RECURRENCE, AND INCLUDE A CUR- RENT COPY OF THE FACILITY SWPPP; C) IF NOT POSSIBLE TO CORRECT THE VIOLATIONS IN 30 DAYS, WITHIN 30 DAYS, SUBMIT A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO DO SO IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME; D) FURNISH EPA WITH INFORMATION ON ALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FOR WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN A PARTY IN THE U.S. SINCE JAN. 2000; AND E) WITHIN 45 DAYS, ARRANGE TO MEET WITH EPA AND SHOW CAUSE.
