## Summary

Gasoline spill that occurred on the morning of March 4, 1999, on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Wasco County, Oregon.  Spill occurred when a tanker truck and trailer owned and/or operated by American Energy Inc (or  AEI , formerly American Transport Inc) overturned on Highway 26 near mile post 77.  As a result of the Spill, approx. 5,400 gallons (128.57 barrels) of gasoline flowed onto the adjoining shorelines and into the waters of Beaver Creek and Beaver Butte Creek.
