The Toxic Release Inventory Envirofacts Database indicates that K-Tron Electronics submitted a late Toxic Release Inventory Form R report for lead compounds for Reporting Year 2003 on April, 12, 2005. This failure to submit Form R reports, in a timely manner, constitute violations of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know-Act, 42 U.S.C. § 11023, and with 40 C.F.R. § 372.30. A gravity-based penalty total of $5,289 could have been assessed for this non-reporting violation. This is a combined administrative civil complaint and consent agreement final order action with a penalty of $3,174.
