Cottonwood Springs Dairy, (NMG010052), Lake Arthur, New Mexico: A CAFO inspection was completed on April 10, 2006 on this facility. EPA is issuing this AO for several violations of the Clean Water Act including a spill, failure to contain manure runoff, and improper lagoon management. This Order requires the facility to ensure the solid wastes and liquid effluent levels are maintained/disposed of properly and to report any spills according to permit regulations.
