Allied Realty Corporation ( Allied ) is a Maryland corporation operating as an independent, full service real estate firm, providing residential sales, residential rental and residential/community association property management services. Allied was the agent for ownersa dnd lessors of (16) pre-1978 residential rental (i.e., target housing ) properties located in Washington, D.C. and Maryland which are the subject of the instant Complaint. EPA has identified nineteen (19) corresponding lease transactions/agreements executed less than five (5) years ago (the applicable statue of limitations period) in which Allied was the agent of each respective lessor and for which 40 C.F.R. Part 745, Subpart F Disclosure Reul requirement were not met.
Respondent has claimed the addresses of its facilities as CBI.
