EPA issued a Feild Citation to Quarles Petroleum, Q-Card #403 for failure to test the line leak detectors and conduct annual line tightness tests timely in 2005. The facility was required to condut the tests by June 1, 2005, but did not perform the test until November 18, 2005. Quales paid the Field Citation for their failure to comply with UST regulations for failing to test the line leak detectors and to conduct an annual like tightness testing in a timely manner.
