On August 23, 2006, USEPA approved a CAFO resolving CWA violations with Ace Enthanol, Inc. and John Olynick, Inc. for discharging dredged and fill materials into wetlands adjacent to the Wolf River,located in Stanley, Wisconsin. The CAFO requires Respondents to pay a civil penalty of $61,000.
