On 6-15-06, the U.S. District Court in Chicago approved a consent decree between Robert Krillich and U.S. EPA regarding CWA Section 404 violations. The Consent Decree required to expend no less than $50,000 to purchase mitigation credits at a Corps approved mitigation bank.
