This is a unilateral administrative order (UAO) pursuant to CERCLA Section 106 issued to Pacific Aerospace Services, Inc. and John C. Waxler. The facility was a plating shop which no longer operates. This Order requires the Respondents to perform a time critical removal action to remove plating wastes for off-Site disposal.
