The site is 1.06 acres, the facility did not have a Permit nor was there a SWPPP on site. The facility did submit an NOI prior to the inspection, but the NOI was incomplete. The facility did ultimately obtain a Permit in January 2006. Storm Water erosion controls at the site were not in good condition either.
