This Unilateral Administrative Order is issued to Atlantic Richfield requires Atlantic Richfield to conduct specified removal actions at the Conservation Area of the IS&R Superfund Site. Approximately 40,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil should be removed and the excavated areas backfilled with clean soil, and approximately 1.4 acres of stressed vegetation should be addressed through application of clean cover and re-planting.
