ESD documents upward changes to clean-up levels at cited OUs. Increase in cleanup levels does not significantly reduce the time to achieve cleanup at CS-19, FTA-2/LF-2, or PFSA/FS-10/FS-11. Based on new cleanup level, FS-13 has reached cleanup. 10/03/2024: Federal Facility ROD ordering Removal of Contaminated Media in OU 30. Excavate lead contaminated soil and off-site disposal. FEDERAL FACILITY AGREEMENT: OTIS AIR FORCE BASE 04/06/22 The selected remedy at OU29 is land use controls which includes annual sweeps for uxo, operation and maintenance of signage, and reporting in program-wide annual LUC report. 1/14/21 ESD adds 1,4-Dioxane as a contaminant of concern to the existing CS-10 groundwater plume pump and treat remedy. Cleanup level is a site-specific risk-based remediation goal of 0.46 micrograms per liter. Costs are associated with additional monitoring in the plume and treatment plant.
