This is an Administrative Penalty complaint pursuant to RCRA issued to Aerosol Services Company. The violation involves storage of hazardous waste without a permit, failure to transfer hazardous waste from a leaking container, failure to close containers of hazardous waste, failure to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas, failure to store ignitable waste more than 50 feet from the boundry line, failure to minimize the possiblity of releases, and failure to have complete training records and contingency plans. The complaint seeks a penalty of $56,000. The facility has returned to compliance.
