This is a Unilateral Administrative Order issued to David Parker and David Parker d/b/a Parker Oceanic. The Order directs Parker to remove two vessels moored in Old Mormon Slough so that EPA can conduct Phase II of a sediment cleanup remedy at the McCormick and Baxter Superfund Site.
