The facility was inspected on July 20, 2006 as part of Region II response to assist NYSDEC comply with the inspection requirements of the USTCA. The facility was found to be in violation of 40 CFR 280.41(b)(1)(ii) - Failure to have annual line tightness test on pressurized piping and issued a Field Citation FC-1010 in the amount of $300.00. The facility paid the penalty and conducted the line tightness test and submitted documentation to EPA.
