Respondent pursued testing and achieved Lead-based paint Free Certification for one building with 32 units. Respondent pursued testing and achieved Lead-based paint Free Interior Only for one building with 55 units, and conducted a SEP at the trhir building, with 38 units, to achieve Lead-based paint Free Interior in that building.
