## Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to Archer Daniels Midland for violations of the National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Pharmaceutical Production.
