This Administrative Order is issued to High Plains Resources to require Respondent to take immediate action to repair existing netting at the two skim pits at its Parkman Reservoir faility and to quickly develop and implement a work plan to address threats to health and the environment, particularly wildlife, primarily at the evaporation pond at the facility.
