the Permittee failed to submit data for the total hydrocarbons (THC) or carbon monoxides (CO) concentrations in the exit gas from the sewage sludge incinerator stack, information that indicates that the requirements in the National Emission Standard for beryllium in subpart C of 40 CFR part 61 are met, information that indicates that the requirements in the National Emission Standard for mercury in subpart E of 40 CFR part 61 are met, values for the air pollution control device operating parameters, and the oxygen concentration and information used to measure moisture content in the exit gas from the sewage sludge incinerator stack for calendar year 2005 as required by §§ 503.48 and 503.47(c) through (h).
