This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) with the heirs and the trustee of trusts holding assets of two deceased limited partners in Casmalia Resources (Mario and George Castagnola). Casmalia Resources is a limited partnership that owns the Casmalia Superfund Site which is a former hazardous waste landfill. Under CERCLA section 107 and 122(h), the heirs and trustee will pay $400,000 to resolve any potential liability of theirs for the Site.
