EPA issued an Administrative Order on May 31, 2006 to Green Products, a chemical manufacturing plant in Richmond, CA [Air District = BAAQMD]. The Order was issued for failing to meet VOC limits in architectural coating, Plasticure, and concrete curing. The order required Green Products to make changes and submit a test within 30 calendar days. This is the first AO in Region 9 under the regulations for architectural coatings (40 CFR Part 59, subpart D).
